I often get asked, 'I'm applying for a role on a board, what should my CV look like?' When evaluating candidates for a board role, most of the CV's are those used when applying for a management type position. So what should be included in the ideal CV for a governance role?
I know it's close to Christmas and we're all extra(and probably unnecessarily) busy, but what would you include in the ideal governance CV?
Your thoughts also on what would you include if it was the first governance role you were going for as opposed to a role where you've already got some governance experience.
